Recipe of the Week

Easy Pie Crust

3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup cool water

Combine flour and shortening until it resembles small pellets. Do not overwork! Add water, and combine. Again, do not overwork.

Divide into two parts. Roll out on lightly floured board.

Serve it with love!

Sounds so easy I could do it...but I don't think I will anytime soon...I value my family's stomachs too much!
